Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Mondus Properties and its portfolio of real estate projects.
- Oversee all branding initiatives to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
- Lead a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
- Design and manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, SEO, PPC, email marketing, and traditional advertising.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop campaigns that drive lead generation and conversions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights.
- Build and maintain relationships with external vendors, agencies, and media partners.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, presenting detailed reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Plan and execute events, property launches, and promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ years) in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and marketing trends.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a results-driven approach and strong analytical abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
- Experience in organizing events and managing public relations efforts is a plus.
