Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies in Indonesia, with potential oversight of APAC activities in the future. This role is crucial in driving brand awareness and sales growth, ensuring alignment with our global headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive sales growth in Indonesia (with potential to supervise APAC activities in future) in alignment with HQ office.
• Agency Coordination: Lead the selection and management of a marketing agency in Indonesia. Collaborate closely with the agency to execute brand guidelines and marketing activities in assigned territory.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistency and alignment of INOI's brand messaging across all marketing channels and materials.
• Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts that support overall business goals.
• Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
• Performance Tracking: Utilize analytics tools to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology, consumer electronics or mobile devices industry.
• Strong understanding of brand management and experience working with marketing agencies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English is required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
• Good understanding of design principles.
