Job description

Our Store Manager is responsible for leading a sales team towards the achievement of common sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM, customer experience, and other key customer and people initiatives in-store.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Nurture talent within the team through on-the-job coaching and stretch assignments in coordination with the People Partner.
  2. Drive eNPS through people experience initiatives and culture.
  3. Oversee store's day-to-day operations related to VM, Retail Store SOPs adherence, and sales team schedule.
  4. Offer support to store staff during in-store events.
  5. Act as the key point of contact with the back-office team.
  6. Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs.
  7. Ensure customer data is properly captured by the team.
  8. Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and ensure team knowledge about app offerings.
  9. Increase the revenue target of the store.
  10. Drive sell-throughs within the store.
  11. Support in-store CX initiatives.
  12. Provide input on what’s working well and what’s not working well within the store.

Your Profile:

  1. 4+ years of store management experience in luxury retail.
  2. Customer-centric with a positive attitude.
  3. Accurate and detail-oriented.
  4. Follows and understands procedures.
  5. Flexible and able to work under pressure.
  6. Presentable.
  7. Outgoing and passionate about fashion.
  8. Excellent team management skills.
  9. Excellent communication skills and proficient in English and Arabic.
