Functional Responsibilities
Need to present, promote, and sell various insurance products to corporate entities (B2B) within the UAE.
Plan and execute sales strategies to deliver monthly new business revenue target of minimum AED 15,000/- and exceed the annual revenue target of AED 180,000/- (minimum).
Build and maintain a strong lead pipeline through networking, referrals & cold calling.
Create competitive, high-quality insurance proposals in conjunction with the underwriting team to address the prospect’s requirements.
Obtain necessary underwriting information requested by underwriters.
Ensure a smooth and successful deal closure.
Report periodically on lead generation, business converted, and follow-up status and discuss strategies with the line manager to improve conversions.
Collect premium on time from customers and ensure not to exceed the agreed credit period (if any).
Explore cross-sell/upsell opportunities for existing customers.
Make client visits on a regular basis and report about each visit to the department head.
Circulate minutes of meetings between all stakeholders after the meeting.
Develop excellent relationships with customers at all levels to achieve corporate objectives.
Resolve all issues raised by customers in a timely manner and provide all technical support. This would extend to coordinating with underwriting departments, accounts department, and other functional departments to assure quick solutions to customers.
Anticipate competitive threats and take action to win/retain clients.
Improve product knowledge and attend all training sessions conducted by the organization.

Understand the regulatory framework in which the organization operates and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
