We are looking for experienced and non-experienced Real Estate Offplan Agents to join the DRE family!

Role Description: As a Real Estate Agent at DRE Homes, you will be responsible for the purchase, sale, and lease of secondary residential properties. You will play an integral role in achieving business goals by identifying opportunities, providing exceptional service, and developing strong client relationships. The role requires collaboration with a team to meet targets and ensure a seamless real estate experience for clients.

About You: We are looking for both new and experienced brokers who are passionate, motivated, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You should be professional, presentable, and possess a positive, hard-working attitude. Strong networking skills and excellent interpersonal abilities are essential for success.

Location: Dubai Hills Estate and Town Square

Job Type & Payment Structure: Full-time, Commission-Only

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential properties
  • Identify and seize opportunities for property sales
  • Conduct property valuations and arrange property viewings
  • Negotiate between prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing to offer stage
  • Provide continuous support throughout the sales and rental process, in collaboration with the Sales Progression and Home Move Advisory Teams
  • Stay informed on market trends and industry regulations
  • Generate new business opportunities via the company's database and networking
  • Conduct regular follow-up care calls to clients after property viewings
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and transparency in all client interactions
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and regulatory frameworks

Requirements:

  • Experience within sales is advantageous, but not essential
  • Basic understanding of the Dubai real estate market and regulatory environment
  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (fluency in a second language is a plus)
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong client relationships
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and goal-oriented
  • Professional appearance and conduct
  • Valid driving license
  • Financial stability for at least six months
