PAD Properties is seeking a dynamic and highly-qualified sales administrator to join our growing team. We are a high-end development company offering a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales administration within a Real Estate Agency.
Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
Manage Oqood registration, CRM, handovers, and day-to-day administrative tasks
Liaise between agents and clients and assist with inquiries
Maintain accurate product knowledge and provide clients with up-to-date information
Support the sales team and handle customer complaints or feedback
Organize meetings, manage office supplies, and handle vendor relationships
Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Admin role in property development
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field (preferred)
Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional appearance
