KBR is looking for a Procurement Manager for a PMC project to be based in Paris for a year and moving back to Abu Dhabi, UAE.

1. JOB PURPOSE:

• Responsible for planning, organizing, and managing the procurement process for the RLNG Project.
• Ability to fit purchases into the project ecosystem while maintaining freight and supply chain costs.
• Managing diverse procurement activities and aligning with design engineering.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with direct reports, senior management, vendors, other support groups, and project team members.
• Review all purchase orders and contracts.
• Ensure accuracy and adequacy of purchasing/contracts negotiation and supply chain administration activities.
• Fulfillment of various supply chain requirements relating to project performance.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and adequacy of problem identification, status reporting, and corrective actions.
• Negotiation of terms and conditions, prices, and vendor management.
• Coordination with expediting and project management teams during project execution to maintain on-time material delivery and supply.

2. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.

Minimum Experience & Knowledge & Skills:

• 20+ years of diverse experience in Procurement Management, including at least 5 years’ experience in Procurement, and at least 10 years of experience focused on Procurement in the Oil, Gas, or Petrochemical industry.
