We are looking for an Executive Assistant to help our Chairman and CEO of the TMRW Foundation - Cevat Yerli (Crytek Founder and Former CEO).

The ideal candidate must possess excellent English communication skills, be super organised and have the ability to interact with high profile clients and executives. We are also looking for somebody who has a passion for groundbreaking tech that our teams are bringing to the world.

So, if you love organising and taking care of critical appointments, meetings and events, and are a master of international travel booking management, then this role is just for you!

The role:

  • Acting as the go-to person for our Chairman/CEO.
  • Attending key meetings together with our Chairman/CEO.
  • Preparing research and presentations.
  • Following up on strategic key projects.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and speaking engagements.
  • Serving as a reminder for important tasks and deadlines.
  • Managing diaries, organising meetings and scheduling appointments.
  • Booking and arranging international travel, transport and accommodation.
  • Drafting, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Copying, scanning, and sending documents.
  • Taking notes, managing databases and filing systems.
  • Maintaining administrative systems.
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
  • Collating and filing expenses.
  • Ad hoc tasks at the request of the Chairman/CEO.

Qualification must haves:

  • Excellent command of English, preferably native.
  • Demonstrated experience in an EA role for a Chairman/CEO.
  • Exemplary travel booking & management skills.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills.
  • Demonstrated planning and time management skills.
  • An ability to interact with Board Members, Executives and Clients.
  • A solid knowledge of standard MS Office and related business and communication tools, with the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
  • Openness to traveling when required.
