INTERIOR SUPERVISOR / EXECUTION SPECIALIST .

We're looking for a well-experienced FIT OUT Site Supervisor/Foreman with strong experience in Interior Fit Out work. Must have a working knowledge of MEP, Civil, Architectural, and Interior.

Proven experience working as a site supervisor.

Supervisor Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising experience in Fit-Out interior works (Factory and site).
2. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
3. Knowledge of drawings and implementing them on site.
4. Inspecting construction sites regularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.
5. Supervising and instructing the own team as well as subcontractors.
6. Source materials & manage production resources, including equipment, materials, and labor, to optimize efficiency, minimize waste, and reduce costs. Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and liaise with the procurement team to ensure adequate stock levels.
7. Ensure adherence to quality standards, specifications, and regulatory requirements throughout the process.

Language Requirements:

1. English at a high level (Required)
2. Hindi or Urdu (Required)

License/Certification:

UAE Driving Licence (Required)
