We are seeking a diligent and experienced UAE National - Procurement Manager with an exceptional ability to oversee procurement processes and maintain supplier relationships.

Description

1. Oversee and manage the procurement process and supply chain activities.
2. Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise procurement operations.
3. Maintain and nurture relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
4. Implement procurement policies and procedures in line with company goals.
5. Monitor and manage supplier performance to ensure quality and timely delivery.
6. Develop cost-saving strategies and efficient purchasing plans.
7. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and business opportunities.
8. Ensure compliance with local and international procurement laws and regulations.

Profile

1. A degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
2. 5+ years of experience in a procurement role.
3. Excellent negotiation and supplier management skills.
4. Strong understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management.
5. Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
6. Proficiency in procurement software and tools.
