Job Description:

The Chemist will be responsible for performing experiments relating to the synthesis, purification, characterization, and evaluation of organic compounds. The Chemist will also assist in the development of new products, processes, or technologies by conducting laboratory tests or experiments. Additional responsibilities include writing technical reports, analyzing data from experiments, and making recommendations based on the results.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or related field
2. At least 3 years’ experience in a laboratory setting
3. Knowledge of relevant analytical techniques (e.g., spectroscopy) and instrumentation
4. Ability to interpret data accurately and draw logical conclusions
5. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
