Description

We are looking for a skilled Master AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 3-8 years of experience in the Gulf job market and possess a deep understanding of various AC systems and their components. The role requires the candidate to be able to diagnose, repair, and maintain a variety of AC systems, including split, central, and window units. The candidate should also have good communication skills and be able to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair AC systems, including split, central, and window units
• Install new AC systems and components
• Perform routine maintenance on AC systems
• Provide customers with advice on how to maintain and optimize their AC systems
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3-8 years of experience in AC repair and maintenance
• Knowledge of various AC systems, including split, central, and window units
• Experience with refrigeration systems
• Ability to diagnose and repair AC problems
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Experience with electrical systems
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
