Senior Estimator

Job Description

Our client, a leading organization specializing in luxury brand retail shop fits, civil contracting, and luxury boutiques, is seeking an experienced Senior Estimator. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate costings and quotations for joinery, interior fit-out, and architectural projects. This role requires a strong background in pricing strategies, project cost analysis, and value engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Study, review, and analyze project drawings, Bills of Quantities, and specifications.
2. Raise Requests for Information (RFI) to clients for technical clarifications and discrepancies.
3. Prepare quantity take-offs to verify.
4. Prepare Bill of Materials in accordance with project drawings and specifications.
5. Recommend value engineering proposals to meet client budgets.
6. Prepare final cost sheets including labour, materials, bought-out materials, and overheads.
7. Submit project quotations on time with tender qualifications.
8. Implement effective pricing strategies for competitive bidding.
9. Prepare and submit quotations for variations.
10. Attend pre and post-tender meetings.
11. Utilize ERP software effectively, updating relevant information daily.
12. Submit weekly reports on achieved targets and deliverables.
