– Design and develop training outlines, materials, and modules in leadership, soft skills, and sales mastery according to the industry.
– Adapt training materials and content to meet the specific needs of different audiences and industries.
– Develop evaluation methods and progress tests to identify the level and progress before and after the training.
Training Delivery
– Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops both in person and online for groups or individuals.
– Utilize a variety of teaching methods including lectures, discussions, role plays, simulations, and multimedia resources.
– Reach the expected development level by the end of each session.
Assessment and Feedback
– Evaluate participants' skills through assessments, quizzes, and observations during training sessions.
– Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their skills.
– Create personalized action plans for each participant to track their progress.
Qualifications
– Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (e.g., education, psychology, communication, or business).
– Proven experience in training or related areas such as coaching, counseling, or human resources management.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
– Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
– Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
– Patience, empathy, and the ability to provide constructive feedback.
– Flexibility and adaptability to cater to different learning styles and preferences.
– Proficiency in using technology for virtual learning, including video conferencing platforms and e-learning tools.
