Overview:

At Ethara, we believe in the power of storytelling, and we're searching for a Motion Graphics & Video Editor who can bring our stories to life. In this role, you'll transform raw footage, creative concepts, and animations into engaging visual content that captivates our audiences across platformswhether on Instagram reels, YouTube, or towering LED event screens.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Video Editing: Assemble raw footage into compelling narratives, using pacing, transitions, and color grading to craft polished highlight reels and promotional videos.
• Motion Graphics: Design and animate visually striking titles, lower thirds, and intros aligned with the event's branding.
• Platform Optimization: Adapt videos for multiple aspect ratios (e.g., IG Reels, LED displays, YouTube) while ensuring maximum impact.
• Storyboarding: Collaborate with the Creative Director to plan and storyboard video concepts for campaigns or events.
• File Management: Maintain an organized archive of video files, audio tracks, and final outputs to streamline future projects.

Job Specifications:

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with bonus points for familiarity with other video/motion tools.
• Technical & Aesthetic Expertise: Strong understanding of video formats, codecs, and visual storytelling techniques.
• Efficiency Under Pressure: Comfortable with tight deadlines, delivering high-quality work even in high-stress situations.
• Creative Storytelling: An ability to craft visually engaging narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
