Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-reputed general insurance company. Our client is looking for an Electrical Engineer as part of our Emiratization initiative. This role focuses on overseeing the day-to-day operations to ensure efficient patient care, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

1. Oversee and manage daily clinical and administrative operations.
2. Ensure optimal workflow for patient intake, scheduling, and care coordination.
3. Implement and oversee operational policies and procedures to maintain efficiency.
4. Ensure accurate medical recordkeeping and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
5. Monitor financial performance and ensure resource allocation aligns with patient care objectives.
6. Coordinate with billing and coding teams to streamline revenue cycles.
7. Analyze operational costs and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Requirements

1. Knowledge and experience of working in UAE medical market.
2. Microsoft soft skills (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
3. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, compliance, and billing procedures.
4. Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or related field (Master's preferred).
