Job description
  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to determine optimal pricing strategies for listings, ensuring maximum profitability for clients.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, utilizing both digital platforms and traditional methods to increase property visibility.
  • Coordinate and manage property showings, providing potential buyers with detailed information and answering any questions to enhance their experience.
  • Prepare and present compelling listing presentations, effectively communicating the value of properties to potential sellers and buyers.
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers with skill and professionalism, advocating for clients’ best interests and ensuring smooth transactions.
  • Maintain an organized database of leads, prospects, and contacts to facilitate follow-ups, nurture relationships, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on local market trends, zoning laws, and industry regulations to provide clients with accurate and timely information.
  • Collaborate with other real estate professionals, including photographers, stagers, and inspectors, to enhance property appeal and marketability.
  • Monitor and analyze feedback from showings and open houses, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize property sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buying and selling process, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive experience.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales, showcasing a proven track record in listing properties.
  • Active real estate license in the relevant state, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.
  • Strong understanding of real estate marketing techniques, including digital marketing and social media strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate effectively for clients while maintaining professionalism.
  • Fluency in Arabic; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse clientele.
  • Proficient in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) and standard office applications, enhancing operational efficiency.
