1 Government Liaison – Administer legal compliance via the government online portals for MOHRE, GDRFA, ICA, DED, DM, DHA, RTA, GPSSA (and others). The successful candidate must have previous experience with administering a Dubai business via these government online portals.
2 Visa and Work Permit Management - Oversee the timely processing, renewal, and cancellation of work permits, residency visas, and Emirates IDs for all employees using the government online portals.
Manage the updating of the server of all Employee documents for all employees and new hires.
Keep track of expiry dates for employee visas, labor cards, insurance to ensure timely renewals.
Prepare and submit regular reports on the status of visas, work permits, insurance and employee documentation to senior management.
3 Payroll Of Staff Salaries By WPS – Assist the HR Manager and Directors with the preparation of monthly salaries Excel spreadsheet, administration of WPS salary processing via Al Ansari Exchange and RAKBANK.
Assist the HR Manager and Directors with the management of employee benefits, including gratuity calculations, health insurance, and end-of-service benefits.
4 Medical Insurance – Assist the HR Manager and Directors to coordinate the timely application and renewal for Medical Insurance for all existing and new joining staff.
5 Administration and Review of Staff Salary Increment – Assist the Directors with the administration and implementation of company remuneration in line with the policies in place.
6 Staff Daily Attendance and Leave – Assist the HR Manager and Directors with the coordination of annual and sick leave for our Employees.
Coordinate the maintenance of signed daily staff attendance schedules for each employee.
Coordinate the approval of annual leave in line with company procedures and the booking of staff flights.
Administer staff sick leave in line with company procedures including the obtaining of the relevant documentation saved to the server.
7 Recruitment – Assist the Department Heads and the Directors with the recruitment of new staff by:

Desired Candidate Profile
Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a PRO in Dubai or the UAE. Preference will be given to those candidates who have had previous experience reporting to Western management and Arabic bilingual.
Knowledge – of government online portals MOHRE, GDRFA and experience of processing Work Permits and Visas.
Skills - Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Urdu, Arabic is highly desirable (spoken and written).
Attention to Detail - Ability to process and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive - Strong problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving issues with government departments and authorities.
Organization - Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to maintain accurate records and track deadlines.
Other - Must have valid UAE driving license.
