Job Responsibilities

  1. Leading and managing a team of real estate sales agents to achieve sales targets
  2. Developing and implementing sales strategies to attract potential buyers and drive sales
  3. Negotiating and closing deals with clients to ensure successful transactions
  4. Conducting market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
  5. Maintaining relationships with clients and providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process
  6. Collaborating with marketing teams to create effective promotional campaigns and materials
  7. Attending networking events and industry conferences to build connections and expand the client base
  8. Ensuring compliance with real estate laws and regulations in all transactions

Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related field
  2. Valid real estate license and certifications as required by local regulations
  3. At least 5 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets
  4. Preference for candidates with experience in luxury real estate or commercial property sales
  5. Fluency in English and proficiency in additional languages is a plus
  6. Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively close deals and build relationships
  7. Physical ability to attend property viewings, meetings, and events as needed
