Corporate Sales Executive – Security Services

We are a leading security services company in Dubai, providing top-tier manpower security solutions to businesses across various industries. We are seeking a Corporate Sales Executive who is proactive, target-oriented, and has a strong network in the corporate sector. Your primary responsibility will be to generate leads, secure new business, and close deals with corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and approach potential corporate clients to offer security manpower solutions.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  3. Negotiate and close contracts with businesses in need of security services.
  4. Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  5. Prepare and present proposals, service agreements, and pricing structures to clients.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in security services, facility management, or manpower outsourcing.
  2. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  4. Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
  5. Ability to generate leads, build a client pipeline, and meet revenue targets.
  6. UAE market experience and a valid UAE driving license are preferred.
