MEP Supervisor

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced MEP Supervisor to join our Facilities Management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing large shopping malls, supervising a team of 10-15 technicians, and ensuring the effective execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) operations within a large shopping mall environment.
2. Manage and lead a team of 10-15 technicians, ensuring high performance and adherence to safety standards.
3. Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance (PPM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) schedules.
4. Ensure compliance with operational, health, and safety standards.
5. Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to address MEP-related issues and provide timely resolutions.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
2. Minimum 5 years of UAE experience as an MEP Supervisor in a Facilities Management company.
3. Proven experience in managing MEP operations in large shopping malls.
4. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
5. Knowledge of CAFM systems and maintenance software is an advantage.
6. UAE driving license is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
