Due to business development, we are looking for an experienced and ambitious Finance Manager who will focus on attracting bank capital to our development projects.
Responsibilities:
Working with banks to attract financing for development projects
Conducting negotiations with banks, agreeing on financing terms and Term Sheets, preparing for the credit committee, coordinating due diligence, coordinating credit and security documentation, raising funds, monitoring financial obligations and covenants, and restructuring credit obligations.
Coordinating the funding process, including working with internal departments (investment department, legal and financial services) and external partners (appraisal companies, legal and industrial consultants, auditors, etc.)
Requirements:
Experience in attracting bank financing for development projects or experience in Real Estate divisions of large banks in the UAE
Successful experience in building long-term relationships with banks
Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to adapt presentations and proposals to the requirements of banking organizations
Knowledge of banking products in the field of real estate
Active life position, desire to achieve high results
Conversational English
Knowledge of Islamic Finance Structures will be a plus
