Senior Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities

1. Gather and manage requirements of properties and tax management sub-systems and align new business requirements.
2. Participate in supporting the organizational units in the Authority concerned with tax work to fully understand and manage tax management systems.
3. Identify business improvements that need to be implemented in tax management systems.
4. Implement the process of providing tax systems services to meet business requirements and submit reports to the direct manager.
5. Provide support in fully implementing tax management systems while ensuring that support and maintenance processes are aligned with IT standards and strategy.
6. Carry out any other tasks assigned by the direct manager.

Work Experience

1. 8+ years of relevant work experience.
