Job description

Job Title: Executive Assistant

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to Business Head, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  3. Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
  4. Manage incoming communications and prioritize requests.
  5. Coordinate and assist in the preparation of board meetings, company events, and other important functions.
  6. Perform research and compile data for reports and presentations.
  7. Handle confidential information with discretion.
  8. Maintain office files, records, and other documents in an organized manner.
  9. Anticipate the needs of the leader and offer proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience of min 2 years as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  4. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with other office software.
  5. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  6. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  7. A degree or equivalent experience in business administration or related field is preferred.
