Lead the implementation of SAP S/4HANA HCM Payroll solution including system design and implementation and Midyear golive process and tax calculations;
Experience in integration of SAP HCM Payroll with other SAP S/4HANA modules including SAP S/4HANA RecordtoReport (FICO);
Good understanding of mapping wage types with Symbolic accounts and General Ledger accounts;
Pay scale structure and pay scale related components;
Configuration of different valuation rules for time wage types;
Configuration of Processing Classes for wage types;
PCR to handle wage type Factoring proration;
Retro calculation for various wage types and priority of deductions;
Proration of wages types including IT0014 wage type payments and deductions.
10 (ten) or more years of experience in implementation (not support or other types of activities) of SAP S/4HANA (and previously SAP ECC) Payroll solutions. Experience in the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions is optional but the main experience shall be in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA (and previously SAP ECC) Payroll solutions.
5 (five) or more successfully completed endtoend SAP HCM implementation projects. An endtoend implementation in this context means fulltime participation in a project from the initial steps of the explore/solution design phase to successful golive and completion of hypercare support after golive.
