Interior Designer cum Property Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Develop interior design concepts tailored to meet client and market expectations.
- Plan and oversee furnishing, styling, and decorating of properties to enhance market appeal.
- Source and procure furniture, fixtures, and materials, ensuring quality and cost-efficiency.
- Create design proposals, mood boards, and 3D visualizations for presentations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and vendors to execute design plans on schedule.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure design integrity.
Property Coordination:
- Manage property maintenance, repairs, and inspections in collaboration with maintenance teams.
- Assist with tenant move-ins and move-outs, ensuring properties are fully prepared and in excellent condition.
- Maintain property records, including furnishing inventories and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with local property regulations and company policies.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, addressing property-related queries and concerns.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- Proven experience in interior design, property management, or a related role.
- Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and attention to detail.
- Excellent knowledge of design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with real estate industry trends is an advantage.
