Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Full Stack Developer who is proficient in both frontend and backend technologies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of building responsive, scalable, and secure web applications. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy solutions for our clients, ensuring a smooth user experience and high-performance code.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Full Stack Web Applications: Build, test, and maintain scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools.
• Front-End Development: Design and develop user interfaces using React.js (or similar frameworks), ensuring high-quality UX/UI with responsive and mobile-friendly designs.
• Back-End Development: Develop and manage server-side code, build RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks, and connect the frontend with databases.
• Database Management: Design and maintain database structures using MongoDB (or other databases like PostgreSQL or MySQL) with proper data modeling and query optimization.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work with designers, developers, and product managers to understand requirements and provide technical solutions.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and improve performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient database interactions.
• Code Reviews and Version Control: Participate in peer code reviews, ensure best practices are followed, and maintain code quality using Git.
• Security Best Practices: Implement security standards in both frontend and backend, ensuring that applications are robust and secure from vulnerabilities.

Requirements:

• Experience:
• 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role.
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6), Node.js, Express.js, and React.js.
• Experience working with MongoDB (or other databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL).
• Strong understanding of frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with API design and development (RESTful services, GraphQL is a plus).
• Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Vite, or similar.
• Proficient in version control systems such as Git.
• Skills:
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Ability to work in an agile development environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Bonus Skills:
• Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with TypeScript and Next.js.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
