Key Responsibilities:

Production Management:

1. Oversee daily workshop operations to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
2. Develop and implement production schedules, effectively allocating resources to meet deadlines.
3. Coordinate with design, procurement, and installation teams for seamless project execution.
4. Monitor production processes to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.

Team Leadership:

1. Lead, manage, and motivate a multidisciplinary team of craftsmen, technicians, and assemblers.
2. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence among team members.
3. Provide training and skill development opportunities for team adaptability and skill enhancement.

Operational Optimization:

1. Develop and formalize internal processes for workflow optimization, material inventory management, and quality control systems.
2. Maintain structured reporting systems for project tracking and performance evaluation.
3. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Strategic Development:

1. Collaborate with senior management to define production strategies that align with company growth objectives.
2. Identify opportunities for investment in new tools, equipment, and technologies to support scaling operations.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Experience: Proven experience in production (min 10 years) or workshop management, preferably in luxury displays, retail animations, or bespoke manufacturing.
2. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams in a fast-paced creative environment.
3. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of production techniques, materials, and tools used in manufacturing window displays and retail structures.
4. Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to client needs.
5. Problem-Solving: Hands-on approach to resolving production challenges and enhancing operational efficiency.
6. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills for effective coordination across teams and liaising with clients and suppliers.
7. Software Proficiency: Familiarity with CAD/design software is a plus.
8. Languages: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages such as Hindi or Arabic is a plus.
