Business Manager

ARENGY is an IT-Digital and Engineering service company based in Dubai, dedicated to supporting industry leaders globally. Our focus is on delivering innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business growth.

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic Business Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing profitability and resources within the assigned business sector, driving business development, and ensuring successful project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background and a keen interest in business strategy.

Management:

• Oversee profitability and management of employees and resources within the designated business sector.

Business Development:

• Prepare and present contractual offers to customers.
• Conduct strategy and profitability analyses to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to build comprehensive technical proposals.
• Develop commercial proposals in alignment with existing frame contracts.
• Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with customers.
• Foster and develop customer relationships to enhance commercial services.
• Propose and implement new activities to drive growth within the business unit.

Project Management:

• Participate in project reviews and monitor profitability parameters for the business unit.

Qualifications:

• Education: Master's degree from an Engineering school.
• Experience: 1-8 years of relevant and successful experience in Engineering Consultancy.
• Languages: Fluent in English. Arabic and/or French is a plus.
• Strong negotiation and communication abilities.
• Ability to interact effectively with diverse cultures.
• Dynamic and hardworking with a commitment to excellence.
