Job Profile: Business Development Manager - Facilities Management
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and implementing growth strategies, and building strong relationships with potential clients.
As a Business Development Manager, you will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, while also collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of achieving sales targets, and a deep understanding of the Facility Management sector. You should be a results-driven individual with a passion for driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company revenue goals in the facility management sector - Government Departments, Developers, Healthcare, Hospitality, and Leisure industries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the facility management industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, market demands, and customer needs to tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns and promotional materials to support business development efforts.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to secure new business opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities, progress, and outcomes to senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and competitors to make informed business decisions.
- Set and achieve sales targets, KPIs, and objectives aligned with the company's business goals.
- Continuously seek feedback from clients and partners to improve services and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certification in Facilities Management preferred.
- Proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within the facility management industry in UAE.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Understanding of facility management practices and procedures - Hard and Soft FM.
- Minimum Experience: 5 Years with UAE Driving License.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or related roles within the facility management, MEP services, or civil renovation industry.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
