We are looking for an experienced Content Editor to research, write, proofread and publish engaging and creative online content on www.eNursingportal.com.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Create concise, eye-catching, and innovative headlines and blog posts.
2. Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images, and tone).
3. Research industry-related topics to compare and create content that is innovative and original.
4. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content.
5. Stay up-to-date with the latest local health news and Nursing trends.
6. Schedule and conduct interviews with nurses.
7. Invite other bloggers or nurses to contribute content to the blog.

Person Specification

Essential

1. Previous experience in writing blog posts in the Healthcare or nursing field.
2. Excellent writing and editing skills in English with impeccable spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
3. Fast-paced where the feedback cycle is measured in hours/days.
4. Attention to detail.
5. Creative and innovative.
6. Organized.

Desirable

1. Strong working knowledge of SEO.
2. Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress, Ghost).
3. Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Content Editor or similar role.
