Present design concepts and material selections in an engaging and relatable manner.
Software Proficiency:
Demonstrate strong proficiency in REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software tools commonly used in architectural practice.
Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to enhance the design and visualization process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Architecture or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Interior Architecture/Design, with a focus on contextual design and materiality.
A strong portfolio showcasing projects that demonstrate sensitivity to context and innovative material use.
Proficiency in design software, including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design concepts and material choices.
Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to building design.
