Workshop Technician

Your Mission

As Workshop Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality service and support for reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment. Your work will directly contribute to the reliability and efficiency of our products.

How you will make a difference

1. Perform hands-on mechanical service for reciprocating compressors and rotating equipment.
2. Disassemble, inspect, and assemble compressor components like cylinders, liners, and bearings.
3. Conduct precise measurements and evaluations, documenting all findings.
4. Operate and maintain heavy machinery, including horizontal boring, honing, and cylindrical grinders.
5. Read and interpret complex engineering drawings for accurate manufacturing and repairs.

What you should be good at

1. Technical Expertise: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, with 3-5 years of experience in rotating equipment maintenance (reciprocating compressors preferred).
2. Problem-Solving Skills: Strong attention to detail and ability to address challenges effectively.
3. Communication: Proficiency in English for effective collaboration and reporting.
4. Hands-On Approach: Physical ability to handle tools, machinery, and work in a dynamic environment.
5. Basic IT Skills: Familiarity with AutoCAD is an advantage.
