Key Responsibilities:
Business Administration:
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of business processes and policies.
Manage financial tasks, including expense tracking, budget coordination, and report preparation.
Support internal communications and team coordination to meet business objectives.
Prepare presentations, reports, and business proposals for executive and management review.
Maintain records of key business performance indicators (KPIs) and help identify opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate cross-departmental initiatives and projects to enhance overall business productivity.
Office Administration:
Manage office operations, including inventory of office supplies, correspondence, and record-keeping.
Manage the leadership team calendar and coordinate meetings, travel arrangements, and event planning for management and staff.
Oversee office maintenance and ensure a productive and organized work environment.
Handle document management, filing systems, and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
Provide support in HR-related administrative tasks, including onboarding of new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2-4 years of relevant experience in business operations, office management, or administrative roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary Range: 4500 - 6000 K depending on experience
