Legal Advisor

*Key Responsibilities:*
Offering legal counsel on all legal issues.
Researching the law, developing, analyzing, and negotiating contracts, among other legal papers: Letters, agreements, and legal notices used to safeguard Lavajet's interests.
Acting as Lavajet's representative in court and when dealing with various government agencies, ministries, police stations, etc.
Liaising with pertinent parties such as clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
Offering guidance on matters of corporate governance and compliance, ensuring that Lavajet complies with UAE law.
Creating and checking internal policies, processes, and other documents to make sure they comply with the law.
Resolving regular legal disputes between coworkers or outside parties and attempting to find prompt resolutions.

Qualifications:
Bachelor of Laws degree
10 years of experience
