We are looking for an experienced and reliable Administrative Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position requires a biometric passport holder of Malayalee descent who is fluent in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Oversee all administrative tasks related to the organization’s operations.
Maintain records and prepare reports.
Organize meetings and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
Liaise with external parties.
Work independently on multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and stakeholders.
Proficient with technology such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc).
A background in accounting or finance is preferred but not required.
Previous experience working in the UAE is an asset but not mandatory.
