Production / QC Supervisor

The QC Supervisor will oversee the quality control processes in our blinds manufacturing facility, ensuring that all products meet established standards and specifications. This role involves managing the QC team, conducting inspections, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with other departments to maintain product integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the production/QC process.
2. Measure product dimensions, examine functionality, and compare the final product to the specifications.
3. Perform regular quality assessments on all incoming and returned materials from customers and outgoing products for delivery.
4. Determine the causes of product defects and reworks.
5. Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence.
6. Reject all products and materials that fail to meet quality expectations.
7. Maintain the specifications and understand the requirements of products and services.
8. Document inspection outcomes as photos or videos on a daily basis and submit to the sales team for international orders.
9. Create repair and modification forms and submit them to a planner for planning.
10. Keep measurement equipment operating accurately by following calibration requirements and calling for repair.
11. Resolve quality-related issues on time.
12. Recommend improvements to the production process to ensure quality control.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
