Job Responsibilities

Negotiations: Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
Property Showings: Arrange and conduct property showings for potential buyers or tenants, highlighting the features and benefits of each property.
Documentation: Assist clients with the preparation and submission of all necessary documentation and paperwork related to property transactions.
Marketing: Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote properties through various channels, including online listings, social media, and traditional advertising.
Networking: Build and maintain a network of contacts within the real estate industry, including mortgage brokers, appraisers, and other professionals.
Compliance: Ensure all real estate transactions comply with local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
