Job Type: Full-time

Position: Real Estate Sales Manager

MUST HAVE:

Experience as a Real Estate Sales BROKER in UAE - MUST (Only immediate joiners) (If you don't have Dubai Brokerage Experience kindly do not apply)

Responsibilities will include:

1. Going for client meetings with team members.
2. Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
3. Determine presentation to the clients on the project.
4. Managing activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals.
5. Handling client objections, concerns, and queries effortlessly.
6. Consult clients on market conditions, prices, and related matters, ensuring fair and honest dealings.
7. Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
8. Display and market real property to possible buyers.
9. Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, deeds, closing statements, etc.).
10. Maintain and update listings of available properties.
11. Develop new business opportunities by researching prospecting new ventures within the industry.
12. Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
13. Remain knowledgeable about the real estate market and best practices.

Requirements:

1. Proven working experience as a Real Estate Broker in UAE - Must.
2. Proven track of successful sales record.
3. Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
5. Pleasant and trustworthy.
6. Real estate agent’s or broker’s license is a plus.
