Draughtsman

Responsibilities:

1. Create accurate architectural and structural drawings using AutoCAD Revit and other design software ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.
2. Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop and update designs based on feedback.
3. Coordinate with project teams to ensure design integration and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
4. Review and ensure drawings meet accuracy, clarity, and industry standards.
5. Maintain up-to-date drawing records and assist in preparing presentation drawings.
6. Attend site visits as needed to ensure design requirements are met and resolve any drawing-related issues.
7. Stay updated on design trends and participate in training to improve skills.

Qualifications:

1. Diploma/degree in Architectural Technology, Civil Engineering, or related field.
2. 5 years as a Draughtsman in architectural/structural design, ideally in construction/engineering.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD Revit and design software; strong knowledge of drawing standards, building codes, and construction processes.
4. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
5. Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
6. Able to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
