Job Description

  • Assist in driving sales by developing innovative merchandising strategies tailored to the local market.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to implement operational initiatives that enhance customer experience and store efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, fostering a culture of motivation and high performance through regular feedback and training.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing shrinkage through effective loss prevention strategies.
  • Conduct regular store audits and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
  • Engage with customers to build lasting relationships, resolving issues promptly to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new team members, ensuring alignment with company values and culture.
  • Analyze sales data and KPIs to identify trends, making recommendations for product selection and promotional efforts.
  • Act as a key point of contact for operational challenges, effectively communicating with upper management to resolve issues swiftly.
  • Support visual merchandising efforts by ensuring displays are attractive, well-maintained, and aligned with brand guidelines.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of retail management experience, with a focus on customer service and team leadership.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving store performance in a competitive environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management systems, with hands-on experience in stock control processes.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse customer bases.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team effectively.
  • Proficiency in retail software and point-of-sale systems, coupled with strong computer literacy.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the retail environment.
