BlackStone eIT, a leading technology company, is seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team.
As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for driving the development and delivery of our software products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery. Responsibilities
Represent the sole and approved point of contact between the team, companies, IT service providers, and other stakeholders.
Develop and continuously update the product vision, roadmap, and to-do list throughout the project lifecycle.
Discuss product expectations and related vulnerabilities with corporate users.
Translate end-user expectations and preferences into stories.
Prioritize requirements/user stories based on business value and risk.
Set the desired goals of the tours (sprints) and publications.
Communicate with corporate users and stakeholders regularly to gather feedback on progress in implementing the product vision.
Ensure that the product to-do list has enough items to be developed in all cases.
Participate in the Strategic Governance Forum.
Requirements
Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar related field.
Have at least 8 years of proven experience as a product owner.
Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions with a "customer first" mindset.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the framework of the project by eliminating obstacles, setting round metrics (sprint), and training the work team.
Facilitate/organize team sprint planning and feedback.
Supervise team speed statistics and prepare related reports by collecting metrics.
Share leading practices with industry SCRUMs and recommend process improvements.
Assist teams in refining and preparing task lists and assisting with estimates.
Periodically inform the product owner and stakeholders of the implementation standards in force within the teams and the progress made.
Ensure that the Sprint framework aligns with long-term plans (implementation plans and roadmaps), using available tools.
Take any other responsibility that is necessary to ensure the success of the project and the wellness of the work team.
Have at least 6 years of experience in product development and project preparation in an agile team.
