An International Sales Manager in the real estate industry is responsible for overseeing the sales activities of a real estate company in international markets. This role involves developing strategies to expand the company's presence in foreign markets, managing relationships with international clients and partners, and ensuring sales targets are met. Key responsibilities typically include:
Basic Job Responsibilities :
Developing relationship with the Broker (also called Channel Partners) network in the designated region.
Engaging professionally with all Brokers for fruitful relationship with the company.
Managing and increasing sale from all International Sales Centers (Non-UAE)
Identifying and proposing potential new International Sales centers.
Managing and closing all in-bound traffic of prospective customers coming from International Sales offices.
Motivating the Brokers for increased participation in selling the company's projects.
Maintaining and growing relationship with existing Brokers for increase in sale revenue.
Extending full support to all Brokers at all times to achieve highest sales.
Training all Brokers on the new and existing projects.
Assisting all Brokers in closing sales as per company's policies.
Adhering to all governing laws and regulations while performing the sale transaction.
Preparing and completing agreement with all Brokers.
Creating a pool of committed and profitable network of Brokers for the company.
Resolve Broker's complaints; determine the cause of the problem; select and explain the best solution to solve the problem; follow to ensure resolution.
Assist in sale contract Registration/Termination at DLD if required.
Timely Invoicing, payment dispersal and collections.
Any other work that may be assigned to you with your portfolio.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Minimum 8 years of sales experience in the real estate industry, with at least 5+ years in an international sales role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
In-depth knowledge of international real estate markets, trends, and regulations.
Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
