Job Purpose: Responsible to ensure compliance and adherence across the organization for IT Policies and IT security and conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful functioning of business systems.
Key Accountabilities:
Comprehensive understanding of network architecture and client/server technology.
Hands-on experience with Windows Server/Desktop OS environments.
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and resolution.
Coordinating with IT vendors for support activities & projects.
Knowledge of O365 & Azure.
Attending calls from retail stores and back office to resolve minor problems via phone or remote support and coordinate with application team to resolve issues within the defined SLA.
Support, monitor, maintain/replace and enhance the existing attendance system to accurately capture attendance and report into the central attendance system, including coordination of development of interface from attendance system to HRMS.
Support, maintain, monitor and enhance the existing CCTV system including recording across the organization for safety and security purposes.
Support, monitor, maintain and enhance the existing WAN/LAN connectivity, Firewall, Servers, Operating Systems, Antivirus updates, definitions, and databases.
Support end-user computing devices including desktops, laptops, printers, handheld devices, etc. and related operating systems and applications including Avaya.

Conduct periodic quality checks and encourage feedback from business operations to ascertain successful functioning of business systems.
Prepare and submit monthly reports with recommendations and suggestions to improvise the existing systems by keeping abreast of user issues and highlight key issues to the development team/application/support vendor for requisite enhancements.

Education: Bachelors in computer science from a recognized university followed by tertiary level qualification/certifications in IT systems or training in the same.
Good communication and interpersonal skills with high technical acumen.

4-5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics and MS Office.
