Staff Nurse - Outpatient Orthopedics vacancy in Abu-Dhabi UAE

Our customer, a premier clinical facility, is presently searching for a Staff Nurse - Outpatient with experience handling orthopedic cases, to be based in Abu Dhabi. For this role, you will have the following responsibilities:

1. Provide nursing care, patient assistance, and patient/family education according to accepted nursing standards and policies.
2. Analyze patients and observe responses to interventions, alerting physicians accordingly and completing documentation in a timely manner.
3. Perform tasks and responsibilities within the scope of knowledge, skills, and experience required for the job.
4. Administer and document medications, infusions, narcotics, and controlled substances based on policy.
5. Work and communicate with professional customers and other disciplines as appropriate within the hospital, striving to provide high-quality service.
6. Maintain flexibility within the department to ensure the safe and effective operation of the Outpatient Division in meeting client and consultant needs.
7. Monitor patient progress and adherence to outpatient care plans.
8. Document and update patient information regularly.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
2. Valid license from home country.
3. Eligible to operate in Abu Dhabi with HAAD certificate.
4. At least 2 years of experience in a day surgery center/large hospital within the Outpatient Division.
5. Willing to work in Abu Dhabi.
6. Available to work two days a week.
7. Ready to do on-calls/overtime if required.
