• Monday to Friday: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 6 Days Working

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Team Leader to join our Client Service Department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 250-300 existing clients, driving client retention, and developing strategies to generate new business and referral leads from the existing client base. The Team Leader will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term relationships with key clients, addressing their concerns, and leading a team of client service professionals to deliver exceptional service.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in client services, relationship management, or sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of managing a portfolio of clients and driving revenue growth. Strong background in customer relationship management and addressing client issues.
• Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients and team members effectively. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth. Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate a team towards achieving goals.
• Other: Ability to work independently and take initiative. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Client-centric approach with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
