Roles and responsibilities

The Retail Revenue Specialist will manage the Emirates Retail revenue targets and performance to ensure revenue is maximized and targets are met. Analyse revenue to design and implement revenue strategies that drive the highest revenue for retail as a channel and overall B2C. Ensure that reporting is provided to management and Retail Head on all retail revenue across the EK network.

In This Role, You Will

  • Analyse and interpret revenue data to identify trends and opportunities to maximize revenue. Provide recommendations to Manager Emirates Retail based on the analysis conducted.
  • Assist Manager Emirates Retail to set the retail targets for the network in coordination with Commercial Operations and all other relevant EK stakeholders. Monitor targets regularly to ensure that they are met with the Area Managers and Retail Heads.
  • Understand and evaluate market dynamics impacting our Retail revenue and customer walk-in behaviour and work to optimise the revenue generated from our Retail offices based on market conditions.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to increase revenue and footfall in collaboration with outstation teams, Commercial Operations, Revenue Optimization, Skywards and CCMB. Monitor the performance and learnings from tactical initiatives to ensure that future campaigns are improved.
  • Identify improvement opportunities to increase revenue generation for all retail offices.
  • Create and maintain revenue reports for management, Manager Emirates Retail and Commercial Operations. Work with internal stakeholders and outstations to ensure that reports are updated and communicated to relevant parties.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to ensure the accuracy of the revenue reported in coordination with outstations and Commercial Operations.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Honours with 5+ years’ experience in commercial, sales, research and analysis.
