Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the end-to-end implementation project of the Oracle EPM Cloud Stream.
2. Configure the Oracle EPM Cloud application to meet user requirements and document application set-ups.
3. Identify and plan the EPM Cloud Streams consisting of FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and TRCS by working closely with the project teams across verticals.
4. Be responsible for developing, testing, user training, and supporting the Oracle EPM modules.
5. Be responsible for developing various reports, building system integration, and configuration.
6. Act as a subject-matter expert and support business stakeholders in upgrading and implementing.
7. Identify functionality gaps in Oracle EPM Cloud and finalize solutions for the technical team to build effective business requirements.
8. Work with the Finance team across verticals, taking requirements, and closing requirements whilst working with finance directors and 3rd party vendors.
9. Ensure project deliverables are achieved as per timelines, cost, and quality.
10. Develop Smart View reports required for financial analysis.
11. Strive to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle EPM Cloud project.
12. Support users with test script execution.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

1. 7+ years of hands-on experience delivering Oracle EPM implementation projects such as FCCS, EPBCS, ARCS, and TRCS.
2. Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud end-to-end cycle of reporting, planning, and budgeting.
3. Ability to work on all project phases, including Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.
4. Strong functional knowledge of financial processes.
5. Strong stakeholder management experience and good communication skills.
6. A hard-working individual with good attention to detail.
