1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is highly valued.
2. Experience in accounting, real estate accounting, or property accounting is preferred.
3. Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
4. Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting software, such as Quickbooks.
5. Solid written and verbal communication skills are a must.
