Job Summary:We are currently seeking a passionate and dynamic E-Commerce professional to support the Director of Marketing & Communications and the Corporate Director of E-Commerce in managing online content, increasing web traffic, and identifying marketing opportunities. The role will focus on enhancing the property’s online presence, improving SEO, and driving bookings through digital channels.Responsibilities:
Assist in developing strategies to increase traffic through direct and semi-direct online channels, driving revenue and improving key financial and customer metrics.
Manage the hotel's online content, ensuring accuracy, brand compliance, and regular updates across all digital platforms.
Execute and monitor online campaigns across social media, third-party websites, and other online channels to maximize property visibility and engagement.
Conduct regular quality audits of the property's online content, ensuring parity and accuracy across all channels.
Assist in managing and optimizing the hotel's SEO strategy to increase web traffic and online bookings.
Develop and distribute e-newsletters and other digital marketing materials to promote the property on various platforms.
Set up and manage both paid and organic social media campaigns, including contests, to enhance the property's online exposure.
Handle online reputation management by monitoring reviews and ensuring timely and professional responses.
Identify and evaluate new digital marketing opportunities to increase direct traffic and improve overall online production.
Collaborate in developing quarterly E-Commerce action plans, detailing activities designed to boost online engagement and bookings.
Analyze competitors' online presence and rate position, recommending strategies to improve the property's digital standing.
Assist in executing the annual online marketing and advertising plan, ensuring alignment with property goals.
Requirements:
Degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
Previous experience in a similar E-Commerce or digital marketing role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in content management systems, SEO tools, and digital marketing platforms.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Ability to work independently, with strong organizational and project management skills.
Knowledge of online marketing trends, social media management, and online reputation management tools.
Creativity, innovation, and the ability to think strategically in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct audits and quality checks on digital content.
